Hello,
Dave Orme - the XSWT project lead/maintainer - writes:
The XSWT team is currently evaluating the possibility of adding
Swing support to XSWT. Obviously, this would require a renaming of the
project, but aside from that, we are interested in everyone's feedback.
Do people think that the 1:1 Java-to-XML approach pioneered by XSWT
would be valuable to Swing also?
Does it make sense to extend XSWT into this space if we can do it
either in a pluggable fashion or without bloating the parser?
If you have an opinion on this topic, please let us know on the XSWT
mailing list.

What's your take? Do you think XSWT is morphing into a XAML parser
clone for Java? Do you think a name such as XAML4J is fitting?
